What's your View??

Now that President Obama has stated that he is for gay marriage,i would like to know your opinions views on homosexuality and gay marriage,i stand by Mr.President on many fronts but i don't have to agree with every one of his views,i think marriage should be between man and woman,i am not homophobic i can accept a person being homosexual however marriage unacceptable.

 

I am of the view that if it does not affect me, then its not my business.
"Your freedom ends where my freedom gets infringed" sort of speak.

Thus, since a marriage between same sex partners really dont affect me, I dont care. So I'm for it.

 

I have no problems with it. Much of the arguments that's presented against gay marriage are no different from the miscegenation laws prohibiting interracial marriages, prior to Loving v. Virginia. I'm all for equality and this is no different.

 

They can do whatever they want. Do I agree?,, no. My penis was designed to go in a woman, and she was designed to accept my tool. People are really going too far with this equal rights/speech shit.

 

I am not opposed to it. If everyone is allowed one spouse I don't care if you choose someone of a different sex as yours or the same.

 

I fully support same sex marriage. If this idiot is allowed to get married, then anyone is allowed.

You've specifically used two men, which gave the impression that, like many other hypocritical hot-blooded males, wouldn't care about two women doing that. But we're not necessarily talking about simple sexuality. It's the matter of recognizing the marriage between two consenting adults in a loving marriage.

I guess soon I will have my ass played in lol, but,, that's for health reasons. I don't agree with same sex period. I have a daughter, so I teach and raise how (I) see fit. I don't avoid, ridicule, hate, ect people who live that life style. I just don't condone it. If my children choose to live that way, I will let them know how I feel about it and love them the same.

 

Homosexuality between two adults is their own business. I think it's about equal rights.
Sexuality is a private thing, no heterosexual would allow that someone else tells him, how to practice it.

Marriage is important :
-if your partner is in hospital that you can make decisions
-that you pay the same taxes as a heterosexual household
-that you can inherit
and and and
of course it is another step to less discrimination,too

I am happy that our politicians, musicians can be open about this topic, nothing is worse than to live in a shadow.

Sexuality is just one facette of a personality, not more
