From what his girlfriend stated he wasn't the type to seek out trouble, he actually thought well of cops and was a laid back dude.

Sad to lose your life in such a manner, tazed till you get a heart attack and die.

Even more sad she called to get him emergency help for his mental state, not knowing it would cost him his life.
