I am not saying this happened here because an eye-witness said he came upon them panting and separated...which is when I think Zimmerman shot him, as Tray knelt catching his breath...

But in a general a sense...thinking of a grappling fight...and you have a gun in your holster or a knife...if your assailant/opponent is tight on you...as you reach for your weapon would you be more likely stab them in the back or shoot them in the side, or in the temple/back of the head, especially if your opponent is smaller and your reach is able to get your hand behind. Just from your MMA watching when they head lock guys on top of them, what is your opinion on it?

 

How the fuck is he an opportunist in this instance? He was asked a direct question about his feelings on the case by an NBC reporter. It's not like he called a press conference to talk about it. The question was posed to him during a Q&A session after he announced his nomination for the next head of the World Bank.

If you're buying into the media narrative about Obama using this as an excuse to pander to black people, then you're out of your mind. 1. The White House is afraid to pander to black Americans. 2. They don't have to. He's guaranteed 90% of the black vote no matter how much he neglects us and every other liberal constituency while he runs to the right in order to appease the Republicans.

my opinion on this is i need more information

you need information on powder burns and residue on travyon and zimmers. If zimmers shot him in the head close range (ie during grappling), you can expect different blood patterns and traces than you would see if he shot him farther out. Farther distance = unnecessary kill, whereas closer range could indicate something else. So much of this story is not known..doesn't Sanford PD have forensics?
