Typical Kardashian PUBLICITY stunt. lol, 100 bucks says she paid someone. Notice it occurred at her event. Did you even know she threw one? "...After finishing posing for the photographers at an event for her new fragrance, True Reflection..." (lol @ "after"). Oh look, it made front page news. They added she "continued on to promote her perfume" Well of course she did, lol. This is their M.O. Last month her unknown co-producer of their joint E-show, Jonathan whatshisname....also got "flour bombed" at HIS event where he promoted his new product. He got more publicity when he told reporters that it "must have been a Kris Humphries fan who was mad at Kim". Hilarious....as if. Hmmm, let's see..small bag of flour vs free publicity, which door do you take, Kardashians?
You guys have a point. As devil advocate however.. We don't really know why the woman did it. Kim wears a sells fur. Baby animal fur. Not fake fur...real fox fur. What's a bit of flour compared to foxes dying in the wild with out their mother because Kim K has to wear her on her back to look good. If it was in reference to the cocaine thing...well sorry. I'm just saying maybe in THIS case that *might* be an improvement.
If that was the reason, you'd hear all about it from the AR group grabbing the publicity. Not a peep.
I think it's entirely plausible. If you watch the video her mom is way too calm after. She just doesn't react as you would think. That is what struck me of the whole video. And then you say this is makes some sense. :smt036 Her mom wouldn't think anything was too low to stoop to for publicity.
According to the news article I read, hotel security caught and detained the "culprit" until policed arrived, who then questioned and released her... Kim declined to file charges... Go figger.... IMO, this has publicity stunt written all over it.... Staged and played to get her tired azz back in the news on sympathy points.... :smt077
I just heard the woman did it because Kim is "pro fur". If thats true, than I truly support the "attack". http://www.tmz.com/2012/03/23/peta-kim-kardashian-flour-bomb/ http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2078379/PETA-attack-Kim-Kardashians-fur-wearing-habit-launching-billboard-campaign.htm
They are saying its not them...but they support the dumping because she wears fur anyway... I watched the video on TMZ (which she pays to promote her). Fakest piece of stunt Ive seen. The security guy just stands there and watches...does nothing to stop her. It's so staged, its laughable.
Forgive the skeptic in me... the woman who did it may have been a genuine card carrying PETA disciple.... but me thinks she was recruited from the ranks of PETA, but something still smells of rotten wells... Although they are prominently in the media, aside from models and spokespeople representing their cause, PETA is a faceless, nameless, fluid entity... They usually announce their "protests" for their own media exposure... Convenient that paparazzi was on hand to "capture" the event.... :smt031
You can be skeptic as much as you want but please explain why you think that way. In my eyes they are doing an outstanding job using half naked people and celebs to get attention. Unfortunately the majority of people is absolutely selfish and completely shallow. If you would just show a picture of a dead animal next to a steak, people would just keep walking or say "well, pretty sad, now give me the steak, Im hungry!" If you show pics of naked women all of a sudden you got their attention....works every time. Unfortunately I dont have the smallest bit of exhibitionism in me. If I did, I would get naked for their messages anytime anywhere.
I have no issue with PETA... They have every right to pursue their cause and amplify their message.... I just don't believe they were behind Kim K's latest publicity stunt... I don't believe in the farming and killing of animals for the sake of fashion... Off message, if you show a picture of a dead animal next to a steak to starving people who haven't had a decent meal in ages and you'll find sympathy for the dead animal somewhere in the dictionary.... I'm not "holier than thou" but for the money PETA spends on ad campaigns, they would impress me more if they spent that money protecting the rain forest and endangered species of the world... The last time I checked, by origin, we were still mammals with a metabolism designed for meat... On the surface, every cause believes in it's cause... but manipulation of media for self cause is, IMO, the cheapest, lowest standard a millionaire who got there by media manipulation (remember Kim's Sex Tape made her famous) can fall to... :smt120
Oh me neither. But it MIGHT have been an animal lover hating Kim's ass for her ignorance just like me About your mammal theory....nah, dont get me started on this one...my days of being a "hostile" vegetarian are over, Im trying hard to tune it down a bit.
