More than likely he was viewed as an "animal". It helps to allow a person do inhuman acts to another human when you reduce them to a sub human level.

The story is from last year. I just heard about it today.

I'am trying to find recent info on the story, I think the case is still open.

 

If you read the article they don't know if it's fake. So if they don't know who it is or if it's fake..........how do they know S. Africa??
