It was highly offensive to me (and others, as I found out later). He felt justified in using the term. I SARCASTICALLY asked him when the use of a word he finds offensive would be justified. You are assuming, once again. Not a good thing. I defended my right to be offended by the word used, yes I did. The OP said the other word was more offensive because of the history and context. So here's my point: What if MY history and context included a very negative use of the C word? What if I had an abusive father who called me that? I'm not allowed to be offended?? If you want to turn the whole thing around and make it that I'm racially insensitive, that's on you. Because that was not my intent. Offensive is offensive. And THAT was my whole point from the beginning of that discussion. If you want to argue that one is more weighty than the other, argue it with someone else.

Maybe what you said simply came out wrong. Black men range in color from dark black, to caramel to my skin tone which is light. If you do not have many posts and say something the rest of the members do not like you will automatically be labeled a troll. I have hundreds of posts and was called a troll.

Dude as long as she's the wronged party that's all that matters. That offensive is offensive argument is such bs but anyone with any kind of sense would know that.
