I looked it up and Halle's ex is in dependency court to begin with because there have been proven allegations of neglect and abuse against him.
He has been ordered to under go anger management and also can only have visitation with his daughter while monitored.

And he wants his ex girlfriend to pay for child support and a house full time?

I guess it just goes to show that regardless of sex...ex's will take a left nut in a break up if they can get away with it.

Hopefully he doesn't.

And I'm not siding with Halle. But what needs to be put forth first is that 3 year olds safety.

I know a guy who got divorced at 32 after catching his wife of 8 years cheating on him. Since he had no proof like pictures and audio dude had to pay her alimony. It was only 60k over 5 years but who the hell has an extra grand a month to just give away. The worst part is knowing he was paying rent for her and the rat bastard she cheated with. Shit like makes me totally understand why some people flip and just start killing people.


So better my offspring rather than some chick who is nothing more than a used tissue to me after that point.

Is that really fair to say, in all situations? I think I deserved something. I certainly don't think I deserved to live on skid row (because after 10 years out of the job market, following him around the world with his career, that's where I would have lived without good child support) just because he had the morals of an alley cat and left the marriage? (And did the same to wife #2 and destroyed his career on top of that.) I don't think you can make generalizations like that. Each situation is different.
