Halle Berry's Baby Daddy Wants Her to Pay Up!

Gabriel Aubry wants his 3-year-old daughter Nahla to live in surroundings to which she has become accustomed ... and he wants Halle to pay dearly for it.

TMZ has learned what Gabriel wants in the way of $$$ -- and it's a lot. We've learned Aubry has filed legal docs asking the family law judge to force Halle to give him $15,000 - $20,000 a month for a proper home.

Gabriel has also asked for a laundry list of other things from Halle, including what we're told is a "very large" amount of money for the little girl's clothing, as well as money to take the child to Canada to visit his family.

We're told Halle is fighting Gabriel tooth and nail on his request. The hearing on the money issues was scheduled for Monday, but it's now been put off until April 9, in part because the family law judge wants to see what the dependency judge does to Gabriel.

If the dependency judge takes away some of Gabriel's custody rights, it would have an impact on any child support Halle would have to fork over.




I say good for him!!! Plenty of women get away with this ALL THE TIME. Its about time some of us men get a piece of the pie too. After all, she was the breadwinner in the relationship.

 

Just waiting for all the out pour of support from the women. Since his contribution to the relationship was just as important as hers. lol

 

I'm actually curious to see if the Judge rules the case in his favor and grants him the alimony.


$15-20k/month for a "proper home" is ridiculous but it isn't unheard of.

Infidelity was involved in one of those cases and "implied infidelity" was involved in the other.

 

In my mind, just because I cheat on someone does not mean I should lose money to the degree that those two lost money. Those are two different things.
I understand child support but when we are talking about millions that is a bit outrageous.

We are all entitled to millions in order to support our children and lifestyle.

Marry a millionaire (for more than 12 months; preferably, 2-5 years minimum) and you too will get your entitlement.

It's hard to say in these things but I've heard that there was allegations of abuse towards Halle.

I hope to some degree that is considered at least in the custody case and maybe to a lesser extent the monetary case.

And a large allowance for the baby's clothing? Is he going to have to show how he spends that ALL on clothing? Or will there be "large" amounts that get spent on stuff that has nothing to do with the child.

Because fuck him very much if he is going to ask for so many specific things to be provided for both he and his daughter by her and then complain later about it.

I do commend him on trying to be a part of his daughter's life. He seems to do a lot with her. The paps follow him taking her to school...the park and other "normal" things.

Help me out. Let's say they aren't married how do their circumstances differ from that of the women who many of you advocated for? I personally don't think he should get squat. And child support should only cover necessities like clothing food and education. And not luxury shit. What does a child need with gucci and other designer shit. Education is invaluable though so 50k a year a good private school is justifiable.

Mothers don't have to show how they spend their money in child support cases - it's all percentage of the parental incomes. Pay up, Halle. Cause you know if this were the other foot, she'd be crying up a storm in court.

 

Child support is also supposed to include/cover for the HOME. Ask a family court judge. The child must be provided for with a home to live in.

I think that's under the umbrella of NECESSITIES lol. Not just limited to education and clothing. But I do think if one parent can't provide a home for the child on their own they shouldn't have custody of the child. Get your shit together homie
