It's offensive, maybe not technically racist, but to imply the mother of the POTUS was a slut who was into bestiality, WTF??

 

Maybe I'm reading it totally different than everyone else, but I got the impression that it was more like the party was so wild that there were no holds barred - any sort of decorum went out the window and any type of "union" could have happened due to excessive alcohol consumption and brains turning to mush. So the fact that a white woman had sex and produced a black (mixed) child was minor compared to what COULD have happened. Does that make sense? Or am I just whack? (Don't answer that.)

Why do people talk as if Black people don't live in this country??? If he lowers taxes and you happen to be Black, he lowered YOUR taxes.

If he made student loans available directly from the Feds and not through a secondary banking institution, he made it easier for all people, including BLACKS, to fund going to college.

What specifically could or should Obama be doing JUST FOR BLACK PEOPLE as the President of the ENTIRE UNITED STATES??

As for that email, it's beyond bad taste for a judge to send out an email referring to the POTUS' deceased mother in such a fashion, referencing his mixed race background.

Number one the email implies his mother doesn't know who his father is, and that she slept with a dog.

That's 'funny' in the local garage standing at a urinal, not so much when a judge is sending that email to colleagues.

I hope people remember all these 'jokes' when we have a new POTUS in office and see if the same standard of decorum applied to Obama still applies.

 

Obama isn't the first president to be made fun of and he won't be the last. High-profile people like the POTUS are always targets. Doesn't make it right, but it's not going to change. No matter who is in office, there will always be haters.

Dude...grow up. He is the POTUS...not the Prez of the united states of black people. IF he only did things that went of favor of black people...he would probably be killed by all the people who hate black people to begin with.

He does what he can..and given the climate in washington it isn't amounting to very much in the long run because there is a lot of people there who's main purpose in life is to see him fail at commander in chief.

And for someone who talks a lot about "elite black men" I would think you would be the very first to see Barak Obama as in this catagory.

He IS president of the whole united states for heavens sake..

 

Obama was the one who put more additional Border Patrol agents monitoring the borders than Dubya did. THe problem is the border states want more agents.

Obama is doing all he can to prevent in the inflow of illegals into this country. We already have laws that penalize U.S. corporations for hiring illegals. What should Obama do to a company that hires illegals?? Force them to go out of business?? That works.smh.

Ron Paul has some good ideas, but the guy overall is a flake. Paul believes most federal authority should be repealed and taken over by the states. There are very few federal laws he supports. He doesn't believe in NATO or the UN. Paul thinks the U.S. should withdraw from world affairs and close down the State Department.

If you're poor, Black and uneducated, Ron Paul's philosophy is, 'you better figure that shit out on your own 'cause I ain't doing jack for you.'


And I'm not saying the POTUS is above ridicule. What I am arguing is that it's beyond inappropriate for a FEDERALLY APPOINTED JUDGE to send out this kind of email.

It would be nearly the equivalent of BHO starting a State of the Union address with, 'what up my niggaZ!!'

Let the comedians and the shock jocks do humor, let the judges and politicians act like adults, thank you.

 

I understand your distaste and anger, but I have to say in the judge's defense, he didn't ever intend for this to be made public. The email was sent to him by his brother and he forwarded it to a few friends. I'm sure we all, at one time or another, have sent something out that would have embarrassed us if the whole country knew about it. How many times have we laughed at something that, in reality, wasn't funny but was cruel, distasteful or crude? Fortunately, most of us don't live in a fishbowl, nor are we in high-profile positions. Those instances where we exercise poor judgement don't make CNN or the front page of a newspaper. Again, I'm not condoning what he did. But I'm sure it was meant to stay between him and his friends. And we have ALL been there and done that.
