ps: Leo is worthy of an Oscar - he gives it his all...3 nominations and nothing, so should have Tom Cruise..IMO.

Leo has done some great work there is no denying that but he definitely didn't deserve a nomination for Best Actor in Blood Diamonds hell to be absolutely fair neither did Denzel in Training Day since the movie was about Ethan Hawke's character's training day. He was the main story the protagonist and Washington the antagonist but no one argued the point since we were all blinded by the fact he was the first African American male to win since Potier.

I concur. Blood Diamond wasn't his best work at all. Same with Denzel's in T/D. He should have been awarded it it for Malcolm X, no question about it.

**Though in T/D, is didn't matter if his character was the antagonist, his part was bold and integral to the story. Much like Freeman's was to Pitt's in Seven.

But bet your ass they would never nominate Freeman as Best Actor over Pitt.

Washington was robbed for Malcom X, Hurrican Carter, Remember The Titans, Man On Fire. He's done way better work than Training Day and never gets the credit he deserves.

I agree with you on X and Hurricane. Wasn't a big fan of Remember The Titans. I thought Man On Fire was excellent, the only thing is I don't think Denzel's character got some an intense emotional range in that flick as he did in X, Hurricane and Training Day.

Btw, I want to ask you...you know how they have an unwritten rule that you must never remove volcanic rock from HI or Pele will curse you...I was wondering if you believe that.

It's really stormy over here. Power's gone out in some areas, but hopefully nobody gets hurt. Some trees cracked a little. (Wind and Rain storm) and the sky is really dark. o_O creepy...oh well. I'm sure it'll pass. :)

Why are there some men who think that just because a woman is nice to them, it means she wants to have sex with them? :smt017

FYI (for those who don't already know), a woman being nice or friendly is not an invitation for a man to hump her leg or sniff her crotch. :smt018

Thankfully many men actually know the difference. But sadly there are some who, for some stupid reason, translate politeness or general friendliness (like saying hello or smiling for example) into a woman saying 'I want to fuck you', which makes no damn sense.

oh hello and smiling. That's different. I thought you meant flirting. some women flirt just for fun. Those are the women that I am talking about. I put a stop to that pronto. Flirting means more than friends over here in these parks
