I agree. Not to mention I sometimes do "research" down paths I normally would never go, but topics come up in forums, people put links up (think BBW ) one story leads to another, etc,. I mean it's just a hodgepodge of stuff I come across online.

But companies like Google feel this: "listen, you're getting a whole lot of services for free, you need to give us something to make a profit" And invariably, that profit is from advertisers.......who want to know where our eyeball$ are looking, so they can throw up Viagra to you, for example. And I say that not to take a shot but merely referencing your search. I am sick to death of seeing "Bariatric Surgery Effect Diet Pills" everywhere for weeks after I've Googled "losing weight" or watched a Y/T video on a w/l success story.

I could be really wrong about this..but when I signed into my accounts (I have four...no questions no lies) I followed the instructions and it led me to a page where I could opt into have my search hx turned on. I think if it isn't enabled..you are ok.

It's always a REALLY good idea to delete any trace of anything (hx, cookies, cache) after visiting Facebook. They track EVERYTHING you do even after you log out. And they can and will post it to your wall without your help.

Safari allows you turn on safe browsing. No one and nobody follows your web movement and it doesn't interfere with ur ability to auto sign into websites

I agree about facebook. It's ok but I don't use it that much. I like a lot of the Google services,. I'm a tech geek and have my Google phone, Gmail and Google plus accounts but, I don't want to share everything, with everybody.

even on this site, The web admin has you ip address and could simply do a search to see what words come up that relate to products that can be sold to you. Sell the information to advertisers and have them advertise to you on this site. You can do that almost any where but they should get permission. :smt042
