Well, this below is gonna piss you off even more....

Just DISGUSTING. And on top of that -thousands of dash cam recordings regularly go missing from the Department?..When will this shit stop??
The thing is, if people get emotional and mad, it's branded as unstable over-reactions. What's it gonna take? - these kids were law-abiding, productive citizens...and they were not safe.

 

The worst part is the guy who is suppose to investigate police misconduct is so damn dismissive. No accountability for the tapes and the cop said he was going to get them on robbery and make stuff up even though they were suspected of an assault they were never questioned about and where is the victim that was supposedly assaulted?
And people wonder why I live in constant paranoia. One shitty cop can ruin your entire life. Thank God for a civil court system. Those kids are gonna clean up

And it really ruins it for the good cops...One bad cop sets it back for 100 good ones.

 

So sad but true. I personally know guys I grew up with who are cops and I still feel anxious around the majority of them. What fucks it up for the good ones is they don't speak up against the bad ones. You saw the video. Dude was caught red handed and when they asked about the missing tapes all you got was the equivelant of a shrug and I don't know. Just fucking corrupt

 

They don't speak up because its called the "blue wall of silence" or something like that.

I was just reading a big expose here in Philly...There was a long time high ranking cop recently who fudged his time cards and his overtime and court attendance hours, which apparently was common practice (the court fudging...in fact, a weird thing...cops will insert themselves into an investigation they weren't even a part of to get credit and so they can 'testify" knowing very well that they won't be called - but they get paid and don't show up)..Well two cops interviewed who told the truth about him...were suddenly sent to the dungeon...which is cop land speak for demotion and put on desk duty basically twiddling their thumbs....so when you speak up as a cop, you get fucked.

 

This is another heart-breaker...
