Buy apartment buildings or if you can't get zoning buy units in a condo or coop and let your friends/family stay there while it appreciates in value and give them the means to go to school or start a business and after they're up and running sell te unit at a marginal price so they can become home owners but there are smart ways to take care of people damn. I seriously don't get why I don't hear about XXX corp which is real estate or financial company whose main share holders are dudes like tiger lebron and koby. You throw in a few football guys and maybe some entertainers like 50 and Drake and we're talking about over a billion dollars worth of equity to make money with. I seriously don't get it.
