I'm going to ask this, because I truly don't know the reality that is Harlem, but is it safe during the day for me? There's a museum or library that I wanted to check out there.... (I have to look at my touristy notes lol)

 

The lower hundreds are pretty ok like around 125 and down. Stay the fuck away from the upper 150s aka Spanish Harlem. That's when dudes stop using code words and sell you crack out in the open like its nothing. Now that I think about it you might be ok since you're a white girl. They know messing with you might not be good for business but I'd still be cautious around there.
