I don't care who the fuck the GOP nominates. I'll take someone who isn't so wishywashy and promise-centric that it deludes his entire platform. Obama hasn't done jack shit for the economy. Maybe to sponsor and make sure healthcare is affordable for everyone, he should focus on people actually having money in their wallet.

    Cash for clunkers
    8k to new home buyers
Stimulus package that saved millions of job
    Saving the American Auto Company
Bringing hundreds of thousands green jobs to the states

And that's what I can name off the top of my head. Go try with the propoganda though.

If it takes a trillion dollars to bring the unemployment rate down a couple tenths of a percent, than Barack Obama is your man. Way to Go.

And you might want to put some description to your examples next time. Half that shit means nothing...."saving the american auto company?" WTF, does that mean? Another trillion dollars of American taxpayer's dollars to bail them out?

Saving the auto industry by lending them around 180 billion that they paid back immediately. Show me a recession where the acting president didn't spend alot to get us out of trouble. The country was in fucking shambles, if he sat back and did nothing you'd be crying about that too. The fact is he brought unemployment down by nearly 20% in his three years in office and added jobs to the economy. He killed a shit load of known terrorist including Bin Laden and he destroyed the pre existing condition policy that kept millions from getting healthcare yet all he does is tax and spend huh.

The President is a DISTANT third when it comes to the bailout packages, first is the Fed, then Congress, then the President. By the way, saving the Auto industry not only saved jobs, but was actually profitable for the taxpayers, TARP is being paid back with interest. Wow, people fall for the Fox news red herrings hook line and sinker.

Dude can't credit for anything but blame for everything. It's a damn shame.
Further proving you can't reason with unreasonable people. If the sky is neon green to them then its neon green period the end.

The US economy lost 4 million jobs in the 6 months before Obama took office.

BHO has already brought back 2 million jobs since his inauguration. He provided health care coverage for 30 million uninsured Americans and prevented HMOs for dropping coverage because of pre-existing conditions.

He cut middle class taxes and offered tax incentives to businesses that set up operations domestically and hired U.S. workers.

All this has been done with a completely obstructionist GOP in the HOuse and Senate.

You don't cut spending in a recession. You cut spending when the economy is strong. The POTUS should be doing everything at his disposal to get the economy jump started.

I laugh at cutting the USDA however. I can't wait until we have the next major food contamination scare and this time a few hundred people die from tainted meat and poultry.

USDA = oversight for the American consumer.

You want safe food to eat??? Don't depend on the food industry to do anything until AFTER the fact. Kind late if you're eating a contaminated chicken sandwich laced with salmonella. :smt069

Preach brotha preach. But I'm sure our resident conservatives will argue they're only getting ride of waste. Too bad that waste can't be taken away from closing down military bases or cutting military spending all together.

I'd be interested to know the resulting tab in food and drug recalls, sick consumers, lost work time, lost wages and lost business revenue and profits from those who suffer the effects of this.

The Govt might want to start here...

Btw, it took one amateur pilot with a cheap camera to expose what the under-staffed FDA haven't been able to monitor...after the first time around.

This is what you get when greedy meat-packing slaughterhouses want to cut corner$...they give nada a shit about health rammifications towards the local citizens.
