I was thinking the same thing. That was sickening & it pisses me off. That kind of situation is something my mama fears when it comes to the youngest of my little brothers who always has the local police on his ass. She's always scared she's going to get that call.
Totally uncalled for. And the young fucks laughing was very fucked up also. This world is going to shit. (if it's not already there)
Yeah Tam, I feel for your moms. No mother should have to worry about this kind of thing happening to any of her children.
Was that a crowbar? Looked like an axe to me... That man asked for it. He still raised his axe? to split a cop after they pepper sprayed him? He signed his death warrant - cops don't play. So glad the footage shows the real story. Glad no customers or cops got hurt.
It's definitely scary. He needs to leave this stinking town & not look back. Due to the family's reputation from some of the older cousins getting in trouble with the law, all four of my brothers have dealt with being "one of them" to a certain extent & two of them eventually got into the whole drug scene. I'm the only one who's never been arrested. The youngest one got himself into trouble 6 years ago along with his stupid friends (he was 18 at the time) for petty thievery & possession of weed. Rather than sitting it out in the county jail like the rest of the fools, he agreed (like a dumbass) to 10 years probation so they'd let him out. Since then they've stayed on him. It doesn't matter what he's doing or where he's at, they are always accusing him of something & they arrested him several times for violating his probation. He'd even been given a ticket for no headlight on a bicycle & they'd even blame him for things that happened while he was in jail. Eventually he was sent to prison for too many probation violations, & when he was paroled they started in on him again. TBH he has no street smarts whatsoever. He still hangs out with the same losers he did when he got in trouble & his skanky girlfriend (who is 14 years older than him) is a well known local dopehead, which makes them watch him even closer. He doesn't have sense enough to figure out that his stupid choices are going to keep them on his ass. With his level of immaturity & lack of sense, he's like a big, dumb kid. When he got out he was off to a solid start in the right direction, but by not changing everything, especially the company he keeps, he'll never be off the hook as far as the local cops are concerned. That's why I'm thankful I know the local police through my job...I think if they didn't know me they'd be on my son's ass as well. Not only because of who he's related to, but also because of what he looks like. I'm also extremely thankful he's a good kid & stays away from stupid shit & stupid people.
Sorry tam but it sounds like your brother needs to take responsibility for his life and not blame the police for his own bad choices. And he worries your poor mom to boot.
No need to be sorry, JC, you're absolutely right. Although he's finally to the point where he admits he was stupid & screwed up, he still makes too many excuses. He needs to grow his ass up. Since he was too stupid to learn from his mistakes for so long & didn't figure out that the shit was serious & made the appropriate changes in his life, he put himself in that position. I hate seeing my mama going through this, but she did her part in contributing to the problem. With myself as the oldest & the first of the boys, we had more expected of us growing up & learned responsibility. When we screwed up (never anything too serious), we were disciplined & held accountable for it. With the other three, especially the younger two, that wasn't the case. She would do everything she could to get them out of trouble or cover for them, so they never learned to be responsible for their own shit. She blames the police for most of my brother's issues. It's funny how the three kids who spent the most time with my dad being at home turned out the worst (before that he was on the road working all the time). His own parents were lousy parenting examples. It's an ugly cycle & I wasn't going to be a part of it. I've never been willing to accept that shit for or from my son, & it has definitely made a huge difference for him. My brothers did have a lot working against them when they were younger, but they can't blame their bad choices on anyone but themselves. They try to look back & still blame their issues on their raising, but they're old enough to know better now so they have no excuse for being idiots. The older two of the three have come a long way in getting their shit together, but they still have a little ways to go. The youngest one needs to understand that this isn't a game, & he needs to get a grip on reality before he gets his ass killed.
I'm sorry those police have to be let go. That was an execution. They had several ways to get that man's attention. Let the dog do his job and bite if you have to. The concept that those cops were in danger is not believable especially for that many shots.
once you make a run for a cop with a weapon like that, you can expect to be put down whether it's by 1 shot or 8 why would you fucking let a dog loose in that situation? bite the man, seriously? did you see what kind of weapon he had and how long it was? the dog would be killed before it ever reached him i'm glad you're not a cop because you would be dead by now
nah pretty sure he handles robberies, home invasions and accidents on his own can't take a chance at getting shot for being black, ya know
