It's hard to understand how they could get satisfaction out of beating an old man.

on a serious note though, I think that the nam vets have suffered enough. These kids need to be locked up and the parents should pay the bill for his injuries(wouldn't have happened if there was good parenting in my opinion).

terroristic threats and conspiracy is very questionable. Anything can be terroristic threats and conspiracy nowadays. I guarantee if they had attacked a civilian those two would not be there. The rest is right on.

 

Yea, that is real bad. Over here, we had so many college kids beating up homeless people that we had to try to add them to our hate crime list. Just a sad society.

beating anyone like that is senseless on its own, but i really feel for this guy since he was a Nam' era guy. He's survived a war whose average death rate was like 483 servicemen/month, only to have these chumps do this to him. I hope they get the book thrown at them, what a disgrace. Even better, offer to send them to Afghanistan. But wait, serving in a unit over there would be even further disgrace. They're not fit to serve with real warriors.
