The smurf learned what's good for her over the years... I've heard about the Podolski rumors but I don't think LP will be much of an impact at Arsenal. He's too much of a Köl'sche Jung (a boy from Cologne) to be really effective anywhere else I think. His short time in Munich proved that to some extent (even though he was unsuccessful for other reasons. I don't think the Munich system and way to play under the former coach was suitable for his way of playing). Anyway, the smurf has to go to bed now and dream of the 227th goal of TH for Arsenal and the 228th and the 229th :smt015 (doze off) Some people count sheep in their sleep, I count goals that TH scores...
as I said... One goal to rule them all!!! Arsenal vs Leeds 1:0 game is over a few minutes and I am having a blast! And who scored, eh? WHO? TH!rayer:
Let's pretend this score never happened, and that my beloved Leeds were still in the Premier League. :smt088
ouch, sorry. But one had to win. I'm feeling with you though. My favorite club in the Bundesliga isn't doing too well and sometimes a pain to watch. But what can smurfette do? She lost her heart. Done. Over. That's it. Too late, I'm hooked. I'll include Leeds into my night prayers, I have the feeling they need it
LOL, yep like old times. A terrific pass from Song to Henry and a vintage finish from him, just curling it around the Leeds keeper for the winning goal.
LOL, tough luck Orejon. I remember when Leeds were in the EPL and very good before all their financial problems got them relegated. They even got into the Champions League but all their overspending caught up with them. They are 1 pt off of the promotion playoffs as you might very well know so looks like they are on their way back up with a shot to return to the Prem next season. Henry has always tormented Leeds, think the commentator said he has played 5 EPL games vs them and scored 11 goals, damn.
You guys sure know how to kick a guy when he's down, LOL. But I do have my fingers crossed for promotion.
Call it National Whateverthefuckyouwant League. It's hard to take a sport serious when there's so much flopping and ref baiting going on.
It's certainly going to be an interesting league but I have faith in the Red Devils I think Tottenham are looking like a real challenge especially. Let's see who can keep up in the latter stages of the league this year.
Can you believe that *spit* city won with a goal in the 94th min!!! A penalty in the mins of added time!! Final score 3-2. still can't rule Spurs out though. Still contraversy following that loony Balotelli, after he stomped on Parker's head - not sure if it was deliberate or not! Man United 2-1 against arsenal. Huzzah!! I'm happy!
LOL, leave it to Wenger to take off our player who was playing the best against United in Oxilade Chamberlain and bring on Andrei Arshavin who reeks as a footballer, as the game is winding down. Arshavin was promptly beaten off the dribble, beaten into the box and allowed the winning goal to be set up and scored by United. Great substitution Wenger. Some of the fans were chanting, "you dont know what you are doing Wenger." Even the captain Robin van Persie was screaming "oh no" as the substitution was being made.
Found out that 2 of my favorite clubs will be playing each other in UEFA, Real Madrid vs. Manchester United. It's a game worth watching, gotta record it though.
