Without beating a dead horse, AGAIN, she contributed to the marriage.
It's as ridiculous as someone saying you are not entitled to your children because you didn't earn the right, since you didn't carry the baby or go through (hard) labor - all you were really was a sperm donor.

But let me get this straight. It's her money, just like it's Kobe's, but she isn't allowed to do with her money what he has done with his....because of the way she got it? The exact same action, using the same US tender bills, but she can't, and he can. Hmmm, need to track down other divorced people, people gifted money, lawsuit victors, Unemployment collectors, welfare recipients, lottery winners and people willed money and inform them of this "rule". Do as we say, not as we do.

Did she swindle that money from him fair and square? Yes. Its the US she played the game and won.

And that child carrying argument is ridiculous. I should have access to my kids because they are half me and I am responsible for them. You don't get use the fact that you were a biological apartment as a reason to hoard dominion over them.
The bigger fact is I earned the right to be a father biologically and by taking care of them financially. You didn't earn anything by fulfilling your duties as a mother. If Tiger died and lost all his money would she have to be any less of a mom?
And once again I thing its disgusting to believe that you deserve compensation for taking care of your own children when let's face it when you're that wealthy that's the most of your responsibilities in life. She wasn't cleaning the house from top to bottom nor did she have to all the heavy lifting with the kids. People with kind of money have a staff. So what exactly was the extent of her responsibilities? Spending time with her family well if you believe that shit I got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you too.

We aren't allowed friendships and private jokes now cause TDK gonna put the hammer down?? Better go check the TOS for private joke allowed or not. :smt120

Maybe you should contact webmaster and ask for a mod job with all this policing you're doing since you came back.

Holy shit someone understood. She knew exactly what she did. I'm not mad at her for it but don't play the who me game. Its infuriating. I may do disrespectful shit but I stand behind it and am more than willing to admit when I'm wrong.

By the way has anyone else gotten in trouble for calling Paniro on his blatant dislike of black people. The shit happens on the regular so I don't see how that Rukus comment caught so much traction. And I never called homeboy a sellout. Sellout would imply that he actually gained from his admonishment and degradation of black people in this country. The Ruckus comment would closer resemble a boot licker mentality where taking every opportunity to point out "black" and poor issues in a negaitve light would somehow win you favor with the rich and white people.
He commonly LOVES to tell me and others we don't like white people.

In this post I do want to say thank you to those who posted on my behalf and who didn't take this shit so seriously and had a good time with it.

Funny how it was only men lol

Petty and I are allowed to banter between ourselves without your lame ass interfering. We have broken no rules. And you would know whether it was a private joke or not by his reaction to it. Did he get mad?? What was his reaction?? Uhh now why you so mad?? You need to move along. You gave a tearful plea in the other thread to stop interacting with me. What happened??

Don't quote my posts or talk to me. Simple. MYOB.

Slow down Susie Q. Nobody was trying to interfere. Just found it interesting but in the spirit of what I said earlier this will be last post to you specifically. Carry on in good health my friend. Done with the negativity.

Oh so now you're equating her to a criminal/thief/fraudster who took people's life-savings, leaving them broke?

I'm equating her to someone who didn't earn the money and basically swindled it out of him. I'm sure there was some black mailing involved. Do I have proof? No but for her to walk away with that much I'm sure there was a you wont see your kids card played. Especially with his public scandal there isn't a court that wouldn't award her full custody and I'm sure she used that shit as leverage.

Flip flop? Huh? In what way? Did you miss the part where I said "still, putting him on IGG is the best way"...

So was it the part where I said she made me re-think my stance?

You see, that's difference with me...I am not bullish/stubborn to a fault, like you. I will acknowledge a person when they make a great point, or if they counter mine to the point that it makes me re-think. I'm ok with that. My friends will tell you I have long-abided by a stance of mine which is if the facts CHANGE, so does my OPINION.
At times, I'll redact or change my position based on new facts or a persuasive argument. U should try it.

would anyone care to speculate on how much money elin could have profited from her story? interviews? evidence? cellphone records? accounts of tigers dirty deeds? books? the magazines pay big money for these stories...dirt on famous people...i prefer to go with the rest of the intelligent women on the forum and say he bought her silence...elin's silence nipped tiger's misery...she could have continued to punish him for years by stirring the pot...period end of story!

Truth: I really did like the picture in and of itself. It was unexpected as I scrolled thru the thread and I burst out laughing. The fact that it insulted you, well, yeah, I did get a little thrill out of that. TDK, you push my buttons, so yeah, that was a little retribution by way of GL's pic. But to say that picture was as funny as mine? Not quite apples and oranges, but whatever.

Again, it wasn't even close to $100 million. That's a "sources" supplied wild-fire lie.

While they share joint custody, she has sole physical custody of the kids. She could not have played the YOU WONT SEE YOUR KIDS card, even if she had full custody. He'd be entitled to visits by the law. Heck he hardly visits them now with all his golfing...In fact, even when they were married, he was away all the time.

I thought I had you ignore but this had to be said and I'll give you time to respond before putting you back but why would a person who cares about her kids do that?

How do you know this? Tiger has not played much golf at all the last two years because of injuries. He also only plays about 1 to 2 tournaments per month on average during the season, Jan - Sept. He has said multiple times in recent months that he is making further cut backs on corporate outings, travel, tournaments and practice time to spend more time with his kids. He just built an entire practice facility (including full length holes) at his new house so he does not have to leave when he has the kids so he can both spend time and practice with them there.

Clearly Tiger made a lot of huge mistakes during his marriage, but the man was exceedingly close to his father when he was alive, I would bet a lot of money that he has a very close relationship with his kids even though he was a terrible husband.
