Details, details, I made a typo, so much to latch onto. As for the rest, you're wrong as I mentioned. But, believe as you will, you're entitled, also verifiable...

You've got to learn to read a bit better, my friend. I admitted that I hadn't checked his ranking, he's not winning, so it's not important right now.

As to the sponsors, wrong again. I referred to new sponsors, another misread on your part, fact pattern check please...lol. Another mistake on your part, I never mentioned U.S. appearance fees, you did, geez, they are really piling up now. You're wrong about the reasons for his playing better as well. Even when healthy he played lousy.

Everything else you've mentioned is pure conjecture, subject to the same level of scrutiny as you readily dismiss my opinion regarding his poor play. But, it's always good to go with your best argument, even if it's full of error, postulations and mis-statements. Some facts are better than none.

What else Jordan...I find it very funny that people discuss, whether the ex-wife and their kids deserve this distribution of his /their wealth, but nobody thinks about, whether Tiger Woods deserves the money he earns...He is a gulf-player.. two hundred yrs ago, he wouldn't have earned anything.
If you accuse her money, accuse the whole system, some people earn a lot of money for stupid jobs (sportsmen, artists, musicians) and you/we all pay for them. The reason, why all the others have less money to feed their own children. But go on to adore them.

Nice try but WRONG ON ALL accounts once again. I know you are embarrassed because your ignorance on the matter is on full display, but put your ego aside and try to learn something. First up, you say Tiger is not winning...Tiger won just LAST MONTH, the Chevron World Challenge, not an official event but still counts in the World Rankings and against an elite field. You stated that his new sponsors (plural) were European, he only has one European sponsor and it had nothing to do with your reasoning. His other recent sponsor is US based.

You said that his appearance fees had gone down, WRONG AGAIN his international fees have not dropped, I mentioned the fact that the US does not pay appearance fees for clarity only.

You are WRONG AGAIN, about his poor play, you stated that when he was healthy he played lousy, his last semi-healthy year was 2009 when he WON about 33% (6 times) of his tournaments which is a HUGE percentage golf-wise, as stated before his injuries have clearly kept him from even playing his normal schedule of tournaments these last two years, let alone having time to practice and compete. In the last two years he has had knee surgery twice, one major, one minor, has been in a walking boot for achilles injuries (related to the knee problem) multiple times, and has been on doctors orders to not even practice, and ball restrictions for most of his practice sessions thereafter. It is only in the last three months or so that he has fully recovered.

No my dear never heard anything about supply and demand, marketing, endorsement deals and their market influence, but I can tell you something about respect of human beings and to wish someone else a mortal ilness - could come back to you...
It makes no sense to discuss with you, because
-you 've never learnt how to talk to grown-up people
-you aren't objective, because of your jealousy of rich people
-whatever you say has no weight in anything

    on ignore you go.:butthead:

"I've been through hell. It's hard to think you have this life, and then all of a sudden - was it a lie? You're struggling because it wasn't real. But I survived. It was hard, but it didn't kill me."

"I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children..."

    - The stress the sex scandal caused her, including her battle with weight loss, insomnia and how she began losing her hair just weeks before her divorce was finalized.

    - Nordegren would not disclose the amount of the divorce settlement but did say ...."I have to be honest, it is making some things easier, but it doesn't make you happy….money can't buy happiness or put my family back together.

    - "I'm so embarrassed that I never suspected - not a one. For the past 3 1/2 years, when all this was going on, I was home a lot more with pregnancies, then the children and my school."

    - The 30-year-old mother of two, who is studying towards a college degree in psychology, says that despite her husband's betrayal, "I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself."

    - "My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal," she says.

-Nordegren said she would eventually forgive Woods, but that she is still working on it.

"Forgiveness takes time," she said. "It is the last step of the grieving process."

    *******

She sounds like a grounded, intelligent woman dealing with it in the best way she can.

She can use all those 100 dollar bills she got out of the divorce as tissues.

To paraphrase the words of a wonderful enlightened person, you and those that think like you, are incapable of having any sort of meaningful relationships and are a poor representation of people.

That's a bit surprising. While most of us here have argued/debated with him on various topics, he sometines takes as much as he gives. He also vigorously contributes in debates/topics/threads. Even if I don't agree with him and he often leaves me smh, I do respect his 'right" to dissent.

His right to dissent is ver unpopular

even if he's not sending personal attacks, many people tire of his attitudes and stances..

I'm sure he's emailing webmaster as we speak, lol

He doesn't just dissent, Kuno. He insults and degrades. I am all for discussions, even heated ones, but I draw the line at personal attacks. And sometimes, those attacks are simply because the person doesn't match his standard of beauty or intelligence. Not cool.

This restriction has been long overdue, imo.
