LOL, maybe I'm just one of those stereotypical brothas attracted to thick white women, but I really don't see anything wrong with how she looks.

For years she was in the music industry and tried to keep up appearances because that is what is required of you in that business.

Trying to fit that image

She looks like a normal woman to me now, its just that a piece of time we were accustomed to her being as skinny as a toothpick at the height of her musical career.

I don't know I just can't get into women who don't have some meat to them. I'm a black man, I like my women with curves.

 

To me she doesn't look that much heavier. Her clothing choices lately have been atrocious and contribute to her looking sloppy.

A bra under a dress in an interview.......well........goes a long way. You can tell in the old interview Paniro posted vs her current interview that she is just sloppy and probably needs a new stylist more than anything .....except a bra.

Would you knock it off. There's a big difference between actual curves and what many big women try to pass off as curves. Jennifer Love Hewitt is curvy, CA is plan big look at those arms, but she gets a pass since she just had a baby so its understandable.

If you like thicker women, then you would like them no matter what your skin color, there is no secret ingredient in melanin that makes a man more interested in bigger women. If bigger women are your thing, do you, just please don't attribute it to your skin color, the preferences of Black men are as varied as any other group of men.

Lets stop trying to be politically correct okay. We all know the idea of the skinny women is fed as what is attractive in Western culture and that is geared towards white males.

In many African and Caribbean cultures of which I am from, black men don't have the time to sit around worrying about the notion of beauty that some gay fashion magazine editor and designer puts out as supposedly attractive.

Why do some dudes feel like they have to battle the notions of what black men like as some vanguard of avenging stereotypes.

If the preferences of black men are as varied as any other group then heed your own sentiments and do you. Black men are from many other cultures where thicker women are appreciated.

 

He isn't hurting anything, his comments merely come across as the very kind of mentality belonging to dudes that would be overtly concerned when some white cornball dude says black men can only get fat white women, etc.

Like they have to prove a point, where is the real confidence and comfort in that.

I've ran into those kind of black dudes that feel they have to prove something so as to not be labelled with those stereotypes of liking fat white women.

Don't front we know the stereotype.

If a black man likes an anorexic, thin, curvy, thick, obese, morbidly obese woman that is on the individual.

My commentary merely alluded to a play on the stereotype. A stereotype that I frankly can care less about either way.

Pretty weak frankly to let another man's views shape your approach, never that for me.
