That teen mom that shot dead her intruder....

    On New Years eve...As we know she wasn't charged....but in an odd legal twist, his accomplice has been - for his murder.

    What's also surprising is the age of her husband who died on Christmas day from lung cancer. He was 58.

    Also, the man she shot dead - who had a knife in his hand as he crashed through her door and whom was a stranger to her, she believed that at some point, he may have been stalking her. It took him 21 minutes to break in. Quite bizarre all around.

    Yeah I heard about this on the news today. I think the 911 operator told the girl it was okay to shoot the intruder. She did what she had to do to protect her child. I respect that.

    She lived in Oklahoma and it looked rural, or maybe a trailer park home...anyway not sure...keep in mind it was New years eve...lots of cops are working that night elsewhere due to fireworks, celebrations, etc...lots of mischievous action, shooting off guns and drinking happens on NYE.

    I saw her on TV with her shot gun.

    Thank God for Second Amendment. Ain't nutin sexier than a southern WW with a shot gun on her arm. Reminds me of Renee Zellweger in Cold Mountain!

    Speaking of a mother's instinct, a similar thing happened here in Philly the other day.

    A 19 yr-old armed mugger went into apartment complex and mugged a 23 yr old man and his g/f as they headed up the stairs to his momma's apart. He shot the 23 yr old. His momma heard the shots, grabbed her gun, ran to the stairs and shot dead the 19yr old mugger who had just shot her son in the leg.

    In PA, legally you can shoot to kill if they intrude your home to hurt you or just outside your home. Here is the news coverage of it. I'm glad that punk is out of commission so he can't rob and shoot anyone else.
