Do you have before and afters? Strictly for research purposes of course lol.
I really liked what you said about your anger fueling your feminist tendacies.
I think the notion of romantic love has messed everything up because we believe in love for loves sake when that isn't the case. There's nothing wrong with loving people for fulfilling their roles.

No, we are inherently programmed to produce offspring. There are several mammals whereas mating is concerned the male's role ends after intercourse. For instance, a female kangaroo can carry her infant so she does not need male support to watch her infant while she gathers food. Similar animals who carry young are lemurs, opossum, bats, even spiders! Lionesses have young cubs whom they must abandon while they hunt, but the cubs are helpless for a much shorter period of time than a human infant.

This is where the necessity of a male partner comes in for humans. Yes, a group of women could theoretically raise a group of children together without male support (and I believe there are areas in the world where this happens) but another female will not have the biological imperative to raise another woman's child like the male who helped conceive that child. Another woman is also less capable of protecting said female and her offspring in the event of physical threats like a male can. Raising human children is much more demanding than almost all other mammals (and time consuming) and this is where the imperative of a good provider comes in. A group of women all consumed with raising children will not make good providers.

You may also like to know that marriages that produce male offspring are less likely to end in divorce compared to marriages producing only female children. It is thought that men with male children are likely to "stick around" to rear that male child.

so what you're trying to say is that women want a man with stacks (bread, butter, cheddar, loochie etc), because of 'biology,' and not the fact that women are socially programmed to seek out financial security, due to inequalities which existed for centuries on end (with said women still seeking out financial security even tho we're no longer in the Middle Ages)

in other words, it's biology and not some game women play because they can

Women are biologically programmed to want the best provider for their offspring. Many men achieve their greatest intellectual/wealth/athletic related accomplishments in their early 20's so they can (subconsciously) woo women to have their offspring.
I don't deny that there are Anna Nicole types out there who will squeeze every penny out of a man but for every one of those there is a Tiger Woods type who will use his accomplishments to woo hundreds of women at the same time. The richer a man is the more likely he is to cheat like the hotter a woman is the more likely she is to find a rich man. It's kind of self-fulfilling.

I'm sorry, I don't think that is true, the vast, vast, vast majority of men don't achieve their greatest intellectual and wealth accomplishments in their early 20s. Seriously wtf???

A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life....Charm is deceptive and beauty fleeting but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Give her the reward she has earned, let her works bring her praise at the city gates. Proverbs 31:10-12; 30-31.

I think the essence of a woman's role in chivalry lies in the bolded part above.

So your obligation doesn't kick in until marriage? What sounds fair about that? Lol

We could say that their greatest intellectual and wealth accomplishment is their ability to graduate from college, get a bachelor's degree and having a job paying them with an $50,000 or so starting salary.

That is probably what CsBean meant. :p

If you've read my earlier posts, you know that's not how I feel. But certainly, the man who chooses to make me his wife, will receive my respect, devotion, etc in greater measure.

They forgot to tell you because it's not remotely true. But it fits in well with much of the other witticisms and notions of biological imperatives, cheating men, etc.

I miss-spoke, I should have said 20s in general or even 30s for some. I wish someone cared to discuss the rest of the argument instead of harping on this typo.
