It's a lose-lose case for the accuser. Not only that she has a bad history involving domestic violence, but if she engaged in sexual relations with a then 16 year old Bieber, then she could easily face statutory rape charges, even if the baby belongs to him.

Hmm.... It's and interesting scenario. Because if he is the father then he will have to pay up for child support and what not. But If she is guilty of statutory rape, the law says criminals aren't allowed to profit from their crimes. So what will happen to the kid?

 

I guess his celebrity status overshadowed the reality that he's just another overrated kid.
