Ok Careydd, I have to admit the reasoning of why I said what I said in my first post, it was based on the racist site categories based on countries. The racist site Europe section had 6,942 threads with 126,142 postings as of today. However, the racist site Britain section had 80,033 threads with 758,788 postings as of today. I'm not sure exactly how to describe it, but it indicates something. Edit: Despite all this mess, I'm proud to say that I'm happy to be black and if I was reborn again, I would still prefer to be a BM instead of a WM or some other ethnic group.
I really think that there is a big regional difference in things like this. No one ever said anything like that where I could hear them growing up in greater Boston. In a weird way I'm not sure I can adequately explain, I think part of it came from a lack of numbers - there were not a lot of black people in the suburb I lived in, so race just wasn't ever an issue - there was no friction, no discussion, etc. THE big football hero when I was in high school was the only black boy in school with me (and man, was he good). He was treated like every other hero on the team. Race just wasn't really discussed, because it sort of didn't exist. I'm not suggesting that is necessarily a good thing, but I think it brings in a point that's been made about other parts of the world - in the UK the percentage of the population which is black is smaller, and so people tend to be dealt with individually, rather than as a group like here in the US as a whole. Does that make any sense?
Don't let the ramblings of an extreme minority cloud your judgement. There is a good reason why France and Germany ordered Google to remove the site from their local indexing. Even British extreme far right groups know their views are not shared and more importantly would and do provoke extreme disgust among normal and decent white people. As I said if you lived here for any decent amount of time you would Almost forget racist site exists.

In NZ,except for a small minority,racism is almost zero. No one would even look twice at an interracial couple.In fact even the term interracial is seen as offensive as are terms "mixed race" and even "black".A snapshot of NZ in 50 years by demographers is of a suntanned look as we are so inter-married. That's why I was surprised when I got to the US and felt people's gazes on me and my date.Until then all this had not registered at all. More and more black men are settling here and they say it is paradise.
