Hate to break it to you, but all the installments (save GTA: London) were fictional cities based and modeled off of their respective actual cities. Actually, I'm curious as to how they'll work New Orleans. Infamous 2 somewhat did it.

 

What BBW said. Everything is meant to be parodied in the GTA series. Plus, I do think they'll bring it back to LA when San Andreas was only 2 games ago.

I want some place new. And hopefully this one doesn't suck.

I never got into GTA 4 (over-hyped, imo), so i'm hoping they raise the bar and not just for graphics either.

 

I don't have a car, so I can't get it until Saturday. Shit.

 

Maybe GTAIV felt a little a more realistic as opposed to the more "cartoony" nature of the previous games. I still enjoyed it a lot. But it really didn't tickle me as much as GTAIII and San Andraes. Vice City was overrated and overhyped in my opinion, but it was a good game nevertheless.
