Congrats on the new apartment, but sucky on the moving part. I hate moving and packing and unpacking. But it's a great feeling of accomplishment when you are all finished unpacking and getting the home together.

Warning: this is all very high school. LOL.

Thursday morning, two male coworker friends and I (one of them married, the other being my crush) were emailing back and forth and my crush told me that the guy known as Hellboy was asking him if I was single.

Long story short, I alluded to the fact in these emails that my interest at work lies elsewhere. My crush names a guy who he has teased me about over the years, because everyone at work knew that this guy liked me. I said, no it's not him.

Then the married guy says my crush's name. And my crush was on the email. I inwardly freaked out and waited until I calmed down to think how I was going to get out of this one. LOL. I didn't want to deny it, but I wasn't about to confirm it so I replied with: like I'm going to tell you guys who it is or who it isn't.

So the married coworker and I exchanged quite a few emails after that (cc'ing my crush on all of them) and the guy said, who is it? I wouldn't tell him. He said, you should tell me so I can hook you up. I told him I'd consider his offer and that's where it was left.

My coworker never replied to any of the emails. It wasn't spoken about again the rest of the week. D'oh.

I just wish this crush would go away!

Okay, now back to being the adult that I am. :smt023

    First question is he black?
Second question don't you think its obvious since you said no about first person that was suggested?
Third question what are you waiting for? Life is extremely short. Find out if the feeling is mutual so you can move. The worst thing he can say is he's not interested. So what there are plenty more where he came from.

    This is relevant because?

Nope, this crush is not a black guy. I don't work with a lot of black guys. There is a really cute black guy who works in the next aisle over but he's married. :smt090

Second, yes it was a bit obvious, but I have denied my interest in that guy several times before. But, yeah, I figured I wouldn't deny it, but not totally confirm it, so he can take it for what he wants.

Thirdly, I know that I'm going to have to tell this guy sooner rather than later, but there hasn't been a good opportunity for me to say something.

I get this question a lot. It's relevant because of the site we're on.

But I don't let it bother me. I'm not going to announce every single guy I've been talking to and setting up dates with from the online dating site I'm on, until there is something more concrete. But there are a few black guys I am talking to and setting up dates to meet.

I am rather excited but for the work part of it. It's a "townhome style" end unit apartment. No one below me (my own garage) and no one above and it has a fireplace and bigger balcony. So going to like it.

Oh and no single guy fireman upstairs bugging me, writing me notes and leaving them on the door..........don't know why but he seems to like to interact with me. When I am at home I want to hang out not read notes and hang out with him. ;)

Congrats on the new pad! You know, if the fireman bugged you, you could've always come over and hung out with me. ;)

Yey!! I hope it's not to grueling. Unless I reach a point where I can't handle stairs or win the lottery, I don't intend to ever move again.

I voted today in the statewide elections. In cases where you're in the minority political spectrum, you're limited to voting...

    ...against the incumbent.
...the lesser of two (or multiple) evils.
...the for the opposition who has little information about them.

Ah well, I'm glad I did anyway. But the selections surely won't bear any real outcomes in this state.
