Loved that scene Kid. Hope you will find more since it is like a dream for a brother in Brazil.

If it's on television, then it must be an accurate reflection of black Brazilian life. Right?

Is it a soap opera? Can't understand the words but it does look like one.

Yes a telenovela, which makes it even more factually based.

There's some slow-brain muthafukkas here. I won't mention names cause it's pretty obvious who I'm referring to. Let me break it down: Do you see many shows like that on American TV???

One more thing, IR in Brasil ain't a thing. Those of y'all that rolled thru Brasil already know that.

I have seen something similar on British TV like soaps like EastEnders. Kid,I had to admit it is pleasing that telenovelas are changing for the better and I hope this character would have more Brazilian women soon.

I find Rasta's efforts at "uplifting" black men alternately childish and charming in a softheaded sort of way.

The common variable is his naïveté in thinking that a clip of some half-assed R&B singer singing to European or Australian girls is supposed to mean something when weighed against superior achievements of black people in the arts.

So, when they do that, I wonder if they also kick 25%-50% of their own bodies for the sake of ideological consistency? LMAO

Judging from the happy smile on the star's face and his girlfriend's as she left, he's handling this world just fine. :p

Are going to start with this shit again? Those "pardos" in Brazil consider themselves to be about as black as the mixed race people from other Latin American countries. If you look at any study of the racial demographics of Brazil done from outside the country, they typically list half the population as being "black." In the Brazilian censuses where people self-report their race, the percentage of blacks drops as low as 2%. And I think that ones who do identify as black as just as suspect based on the shit they have to deal with. Ever read the posts from that self-loathing Brazilian motherfucker who used to hang around here? Dude had a lower opinion of black people en masse than a your average klan member.
