    I am in no way saying I agree with that. I am just adding my perspective as an ex police officer and how the courts usually look at these situations in Canada. The women jumping the counter will be part of the case but the crow bar or pipe or whatever it was will be looked at excessive.

    I am not very familiar with the American justice system so I don't know about levels of assault, injuries and prior convictions.

    People need to learn some manners and to treat other with respect and dignity. The mothers of those women must be so proud at this moment.
