yeah, according to the article they investigating this. whats to investigate....if you are going to do something just do it. it wasnt really anything big anyway. it really just help the police dept in a way because it makes them look like regular people connecting with the community. well sorta but still....people will look at them more kindly
They were having fun and getting into the spirit of the event. Give me a break! It lets people see that the police are human and can have a laugh as well. When I was an officer I used to work an extra duty every year at a music fest. I used to dance around (not like they were lol) and people would always come up and say thanks for having such a good time. It keeps the tension down as well. People dont look at you as being there to "ruin" their event.
exactly. I think the problem is that there was a situation a couple of blocks away they didnt respond to is the problem (I doubt that is the case to be honest). I think they higher ups are mad because it didnt look "professional"
I dobt it either! Usually events like that are "paid duties" The officers are paid by the organization and do not respond to regular calls at the time. They are on duty but only for THAT specific evet. SOmetimes you need to throw profsessional out the window. I bet at least 70% of people asked who were there would say they loved it!
yep. there you go. It looked like fun too. If I was one of those cops It would have took every inch of discipline not to get involved with all that sexy ass shaking in my face
