He even pissed that fine ass chick from CNN, Richelle Carey, she tweeted about about it. The poor guy is new to the media, he was trying to be funny and it ended up being joke gone wrong. Don't kill your career before it starts!

ps: Doubt it will kill his career. 90% of American didn't even hear his silly comment...and don't care, either.

Agreed. Also, the majority of those who'd have a problem with his comments would be African American women. I don't think they are in a position to affect his career. As for White people in general, many wouldn't even get why it's an issue, meaning that it'd go right over the heads of most of them.

Agreed - if you don't have black friends, you are unlikely to catch the "good hair" dogwhistle going on there. Hair is a touchy subject with a lot of black women.

I still don't get why he can't tell a joke. He WAS being self-deprecating. Nobody else cares but a bunch of bitter old BW all tanked up on a double Big Gulp of haterade.

Every other black person makes 'good hair' comments now all of a sudden he's the devil.

I thought Oprah made some 'good hair' remarks as well of course she is a BW, which means she can talk about good hair, how bad Black Men are and anything else she wants speak or joke about.

The fact that he has been seen out in public with White Women does not help him in the eyes of many BW anyway.

I like my women with good hair, nice long and flowing.

There I said it. Some men don't give a fuck, I do.

My head is shaved, don't need my woman rivaling me for who has less hair.

A mofo can't speak without some trip by these clowns.

How many of these women whining on the blogs, probably walk around with hair they got from an Indian or Chinese person, damn near the whole thing.

Then acting like they got long flowing hair. Weaveheads need to kill the noise with their hypocrite asses.

Don't know why they are faking the funk when they are in pursuit of the same hair their darn selves.

We all know weaves is a big bollar industry supported on the heads of black women.

The Koreans are making a killing.

Yet when a dude says what he likes he is a sellout, coon, etc.

If he had said I like my women with short hair or natural hair, nothing would have been said.

Obviously there are a bunch of guilty folks who find issue with his sentiments, yet they cannot deny that some of those same folks then support a billion dollar industry.

If they love their hair so much or are offended by what he said then why aren't they wearing their natural hair.

    Seems mighty hypocritical.
