It Does help but not always, there are many people that are very educated but the minds and views never change..

traveling also can do the same even if you can not even write a word ..

It has more to do with how you were raised and what kind of community you lived in when you grew up, I think.

Some down home, from the country WHite folk are some of the best people you'll ever meet as a Black person.
