Everything that Judge Mathis is definitely on point. Props to him for speaking the truth. The death penalty NEEDS to be abolished.
Acording to criminal records, earlier that day, Troy "Rah" (Rough As Hell) Davis and a friend were leaving a party and encountered two men in a car driving by who insulted them. Troy pulled out a .38 gun and shot at the car, hitting one of the two in the face. Later that day, ballistics from .38 shell casings that matched the party shooting's casings, were found by the intervening, dead officer. The shooter at the party wore the same clothing as the Cop shooter. Blue Shorts and a white T-shirt. The cops raided Troy's mother's home (she was there) and found the shorts, but because they didn't have an official warrant, the shorts were not allowed to be entered as evidence. Since the conviction, Troy nor his lawyers have not contested or appealed the party shooting conviction.
Well god damn. Dude at least needed to be punished for shooting someone in the face just because they insulted him.
lol...without even looking at mugshots, you'd know this had to involve a brotha ive seen brawls break out over scuffing another guy's buttanut timbs
HEARSAY.....coles the man who beat up the homeless guy was the only one who admitted to have a .38 caliber gun. the person he got shot earlier, michael cooper, while drunk didn't believe davis shot him.
It's sad, but 'official' police records aren't always fact. Like I said before, the guy Davis was with IMO rolled Davis from the start and saved himself.
