The US Supreme Court issued a stay of execution order for an African American who was sentenced to death soley because of his race.

Gov. Dickhead Perry would not issue a stay for the bruh. That cockasucka shouldn't expect to get a single vote from African Americans.

He doesn't need it. If that's the one thing I saw in that debate, it was that.

What the fukk are you referring to??? It's impossible to win the White House with only the vote of the redneck Teabag buffoons.

Who -- outside of the Teabags and Texas cowboys -- are gonna actually vote for Shortdick Perry???

The same thing the Central Park Jogger case was about. Three young black kids being accused of some shit they didn't do and losing the best parts of their youth because of it. Such bullshit.

these three (now men) are caucasion...when they were teenagers three young boys were killed...these guys were easy targets because they dressed in black and listened to music that adults at the time thought was evil...

you can google their story...there is also a special on tonight

they were all released about 4 weeks ago...they have had quite a bit of news coverage...the innocence project helped them and they also received support from a few celebrities...johnny depp was a major voice...

dna of one of the boys stepfather was found at the scene tied into shoelaces...the police instead focused on these teenagers and managed to railroad them on to death row

the three boys hung out together as teenagers...apparently the people in the town accused and convicted them with absolutely no evidence...one of the boys was (is) a little slow...not quite mentally retarded but challenged would be a good description...they used relentless interview practices...fed him a story...got him to confess in the promise that he could just go home...they tricked him...then got him to say the other two friends were involved...

i'm plan to watch the special tonight...i believe these are their first interviews since being released

    From the Christian Science Monitor:

The number of executions annually in Texas dwarfs those of any other state. The Lone Star State has averaged 21 executions a year, all by lethal injection, since 2007. Of the 85 men put to death over that time, 36 were black, 28 were white, and 21 were Latino.

I got some stats for your dumb, ignorant ass. The race/ethnic breakdown below show that Afr-Ams are 11.8% of the pop. of Texas...yet, the majority of those put to death in TX. What do you call it??? It's racial genocide -- plain & simple.

    Texas race/ethnic % breakdown:

    White persons 70.4%
    Black persons 11.8%
American Indian & Alaska Native 0.7%
    Asian persons 3.8%
    Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander 0.1%
    Hispanic/Latino 37.6%

I'd be willing to bet that those 36 Black men that were put to death...were convicted of killing whites.
