Hmmm, I'll make two versions...the abridged version...and then the version with pictures. But that one...shall be private.

 

My dreams generally involve me running away from some monstrous entity, sometimes faceless, sometimes not.

Or waking up with everyone dead and I'm all alone.

Or trying to escape hordes of zombies.

They're mostly unsettling and involve a lot of macabre imagery, and I only remember them for the first few minutes after I wake. I can sometimes piece together events later with deep thought, but unless I talk about it right away or write it down it fades away rather quickly.

I do have the weird experience of dreaming of places and people before I see/meet them. Always in a different context than when it actually happens. I very vividly see buildings and houses sometimes, and when it happens I'll usually be at the place a few weeks or months later. Sometimes years. When I was in grade school I dreamt of being on a terrifying amusement park ride. A few years later I went to my first big amusement park and got on the ride, and didn't remember the dream until it started moving and I realized I was even in the exact same seat I'd dreamed about. I'd wrote about it when I had the dream in one of the many journals I used to keep, so I know it wasn't just deja vu.

Most people in my dreams are faceless and anonymous, but if they have actual features it's either someone I know or someone I will see at some point.

Very rarely do I have nice dreams. It's probably part of my issues with getting to sleep on some level. I've never slept well, and I've always had nightmares.

I dreamt last night that I was participating in a "Wipe Out" style course in Guyana with wooden props that were falling apart, live crocodiles, snakes, killer fish and included crossing the river there on a bed mattress that sank before I reached the other side. I was laughing when I woke up because it was so crazy.

 

Hahaha, shame it didn't end with a gaggle of black penises catching your fall like a collective trampoline.

 

not sure what it was that i was dreaming of last night, but i awoke at 5.30am with the right side of my face in agony. i think i either punched myself in my face or i started some serious teeth grinding
