It was an example that I was using to tell you why I have some first-hand knowledge of why going for younger girls is a bad idea.

I was trying to explain to you that there's a huge difference in where you are in life. That same man and I are still in contact...and we have MUCH MORE to say to each other now than we did when I was 16. I remember telling you that a 22 year old and a 30 year old are NOT anywhere near on the same plane, however, a 32 year old and a 40 year old make far more sense. Sure, my example is a larger stretch, but it remains the same- I'm 29 and he's 45, and we're both educated career professionals, in a similar field even, which is something we didn't and couldn't have had all of those years ago.
