Interesting Thread. I was not going to post anything to it, but, the more I read some of the comments here as it relates to white male vs Black male I cannot help but to think that the true source of racism is in interracial mixing especially between ww/bm. The control factor is intense especially today with social barriers coming down. The white female is the ultimate prize that many white males feel they are entitled to have as their own. Much discrimination in the workplace is tied to this perceived access to their women that must be control. The black woman is not the threat, the black man is the threat. Just watch and observe in the work place and social settings how white males react to ww/bm even in casual conversations. I remember being at an airport bar in which an attractive white female and two men one white and one black were talking together. The female was turned toward the black male and was in a festive mood with him. She had her back to the white male was was hugging close to her. I notice he (the white male) was glancing across the bar. I caught the look of another white male staring at him with a dead face look telling him in nonverbal facial language you better not let that nigger score with her.

 

As I said before...

WW/BM represent an end to white supremacy...

It's the politics of sex and race.

When females from a dominant group date men lower on the societal totem pole..they threaten the entire system.

For example..

If Isreali women started dating palestinian men...that would mean the end to Isreali dominance is close at hand.

WW dating BM is a revolutionary thing.

That's the REAL reason so many people are threatened by it..and rightfully so.

Well, I didn't mean it like that.

What I meant to say that from the perspective that BW have with BM/women of another ethnicity, it's not about white supremacy, it's about Colorism and the way the American media was setup.

What do you think is the best means to address it (from their viewpoint)?
