Well, what I meant was that the thread its self wouldn't work.

Negativity would still persist in the other ones, unless Webmaster has to keep reading those particular posts and moving them here. He'd have to be online all day and that would be a pretty demanding burden on the shoulders of one person.

 

You'd be shocked at how quick the bullshit would cease if only two people were banned.
