I do realize now, more than ever, that the places people are in their lives at 16, 26, 36, etc. are EXTREMELY different, and I have more in common with a man who's 32 right now than I did at 16, that's for damn sure! lol

Maybe that's why she would target it him. Because of his past history with scandals like this, she thought of him as an easy target and she thought it would be an easy case in. She used his past to her advantage. They would both have consensual sex and she would accuse him of rape. Why not? Everyone will believe her over him. It would pretty smart of her to do that. She would have gotten away with it too if she just kept her story straight and consistent.

BTW, this is just mere specualtion IF she did fabricate the story. I wasn't trying to say she actually did. I'm neautral to this story. I wouldn't know which side was telling the truth anyway.

I don't claim to know what happened in that room, but THIS, very much. I also think with the way the prosecution operated from the get go - overstating the case, and then misleading on the withdrawal of charges, that something here stinks highly of rich white guy privilege.

I'm inclined to think we're never going to know the real truth.
