Come to find out it originated in Virginia and Washington DC

I never knew this is an Earthquake zone.

Could you imagine the destruction of a 6.0-7.0 in NYC with an epicenter only miles away???

 

Its on the news, it was 5.8 in Virginia and felt in DC, New York, North Carolina.

I don't know how you Cali folks do it.

I know these buildings in New York have no earthquake construction and Manhattan is a lot of recovered land.
