    There was no "race riot" in Wisconsin. The state Republican party leaked a false story the day before an important election to scare white voters. 500 black youth? Think about that number. Where is the smart phone captured footage of 500 black teenagers attacking white people? Surely the people of West Allis (near Milwaukee) would've thought to bring their i-phones to a STATE FAIR with food, attractions, and pretty girls.
