I haven't really been on it, but I think there's a section where people can contribute their own stories to the whole interracial scene.

Have you looked into it further?

Hey, if you do that, I'd be more than grateful to participate in them. But where are you navigating for discussions?

I think the White Girl Tip would be most discussed. That looks like a good search here.

You and I ought to do a WWBM web page. But we would need two women from here to handle the balance.

yeah but people will come here and then vent their stuff about it. choose an article she talks about on here site and we can talk about it. cool ?

I think a lot of the topics have already been discussed. However, it wouldn't hurt to revisit some areas of thought.

That would be a good idea. I'd like to revisit the "sellout" discussion, but let that be of something different.

oohhh shit I read that. did you read the self hating article.

Yeah, but it's really brief and pretty much basic. There are YouTube videos out there which give a better observation on self-hate.

it reminds you of something. LOL. I will have to listen to it. is it by the same people.

I like this one because of the source. Its a WW telling WW to look out for self hating BM. It was saying the same thing I have been saying

Well you have a point there. But the words "sellout" and "self-hating" have pretty lost it's significance because the word is seemingly thrown around way too much because of some under-the-rug or subtle "clues" that may be just mere perception. How does one really define a person who is self-hating anyway? What are some conditions to really consider one as such?

very good point. thats the million dollar question there. I would have to say what she stated....always putting down BW and the Black community in front of her and others and not giving critiques...major difference

I agree with much of what she said, but I prefer to define it as "One who distance himself or herself from his/her identity insofar as to assimilate into another societal expectations by culture, appearance, and overall character."

I never really met an Uncle Ruckus personally, but I have come across people who do demonstrate certain attitudes which could be labeled as self-hate.

I see this not as much in race, because as a white woman, what black person is going to show that to me, but in gender. Women who question other women "Well, she talked to the guy and she had on a low cut blouse, what did she expect, of course she got raped" and other such nonsense. Since it happens in one "oppressed group" I'd suppose it's equally likely in other groups.

I'm not quite following what you're saying here. Could you further elaborate on your post? I sort of have an idea on how it relates, but I want you to clarify it first before I give a proper response. :)

thanks that you said it and not me because they would say Im being mean. I think she mite be saying that because a woman say some shit like that it could be perceived as a woman hating women.
