Casey Anthony Trial

I should have posted this a while ago, but I never did it. In the Casey Anthony case, I think I side with the Prosecution and believe that she's guilty. I think she did drown the two year old child so she could have a greater opportunity to socialize and party with her boyfriend, Tony Lazarro. I believe that the Prosecution (Jeff Ashton) and his team are correct over the Defense (Jose Baez).

My writing style is always like this. Think about the differences between myself and Goodlove in terms of our typing syntax for instance.

 

Jose doesn't give a flicken about the case.

He's doing it pro-bo' just blow his name up.

 

I dont think she drowned the kid.

The kid died accidently probably as a fault of Casey or a family member. The family paniced instead of just reporting her death like they should have.

The family probably expected it to blow over, they were caught off guard with the national media coverage.

 

Disagree on the family and accident- Casey killed the girl, plain and simple and I don't think it was an accident.
The family is dysfunctional, that is clear but I don't believe the sexual abuse crap - but even if it was, it does not have anything to do with this case imo.
If she is responsible for her daughters death, she is responsible for her daughters death, no matter what happened to her in the past. Stupid attempt of redirection and smoke/mirrors.
The family may have helped cover her but I'm not so sure yet. There is circumstantial evidence that points in both directions imo.

 

The defense wish they had you on the jury. Wow. Did you come to this conclusion all by yourself, or are you buying Baez's argument?

Casey's dad is a former cop. He's seen all types of accidents. Who in their right mind would take an accident of their beloved baby granddaughter, and twist it to look like a murder. They have given their pets better burials than Caylee got.

 

Verdict is In!

Verdict of Casey Marie Anthony's Trail​

She is NOT GUILTY of murdering her daughter, two year old Caylee Anthony. However, she is GUILTY of lying to the police. Therefore, she MAY serve time in prison, but will be considered as a misdemeanor. Thus, it'll either be that or probational work.

She escaped the death penalty and a VERY historic case in this situation.

You know what's sad...Her mom testified that during the month Caylee disappered from sight, Casey would tell her (when she'd call to check on her and Caylee), that she and Caylee were doing fine and staying with her new rich boyfriend in his house(a lie). DONT WORRY BOUT A THING, MOM.

Except that 30 days later, cops contacted Casey's parents to inform them her car was found abandoned and about to be towed, so they went the location and got the car. That's when the parents opened and "smelled death" in the trunk. They instantly called Casey and demanded she produce Caylee. Since the toddler was dead and she couldn't -- this, and ONLY this -- was the reason Casey admitted that she hadnt seen her baby in 30 days...oh and btw mom, let me add some mexican babysitter took her. Yeah, believe it" (cause I know a jury will, he he he!)
SMH.

 

unbelievable...i just got off the phone with a friend in florida that has been following this case religiously...sounds like casey will get aprox 4 years...credit for time served...out in a year...if she makes it out alive...i know it's wrong to feel this way but i hope someone kills her...it just makes me sick to think that she is getting off with a slap on the hand...

lippy's prediction...the mother and father divorce...the mother is arrested and charged on perjury...goes to prison for longer than her daughter...
