Yey to time off!!! I have a job starting Wednesday morning now, woop woop. It's not the one I'm interviewing for today. It's only a temp role but it means working and I'm BORED at home now! Good times.

Now I just need to land the permanent role Im interviewing for today :p

    Definitely feeling lucky.

i had a ball during my last interview (7 years ago)

everything clicked and I had a positive, can-do attitude..

    now...

after actually working and becoming a seasoned veteran, I don't think I'd feel right pitching the 'im a hard worker, very loyal, rah rah' shit I said when I was 22. I have to come up with a more mature, realistic pitch now.

i also cant list those marvelous high-school achievements either...shit's kinda old lol

    Yeh tis true Petty...

The interview was GRUELLING. More than 1.5 hours long and interviewed by four people, two groups of two. Possibly the hardest interview I have ever been through. Not sure how it went....if they like me then there are about a million other things I need to do to get the job, role-play (not the sexy kind haha), go and spend a day working with a mentor and and and.....it's a LONG interview process and it's tough so we shall see what happens!

Have another temp job starting Wednesday now for the next month so I'll be working again soon anyway thank goodness.

Thanks for the well wishes! Let's see if I get to the next stage of the interview process!

one tip...dont gripe about ur old job, the people, or whatever

it may seem to come natural, given the fact that people seek new jobs, because they dont like their old one...and it seems natural to try to impress potential employees, by crapping on ur former job

    but...

    dont be a whiner lol

Absolutely, that's rule number one in an interview for sure!

    Rule number 2

whine after you get the job

    'squeaky wheel gets the grease'

    :)
