Okay, Saturday's performance against Panama was a disgrace. What do you guys think is in the cards for the US against Guadeloupe tomorrow?

No doubt. People are already gearing up for that. But if the USA keeps playing like they did against Panama, they might not make it that far. Elimination round begins on Saturday. Time to separate the wheat from the chaff.

true, that was a surprise, but to me mexico and the us are the top of concacaf and no one has reached them as yet.

Well, tonight we get to see if Mexico advances, and tomorrow the same can be said of the USA. Time to get my popcorn!

Okay, the USA faces off against Panama - yet again - on Wednesday. Any handicappers out there? I want the USA to win, but I can live with Panama. I have to say I've been impressed by how hard they've been scrapping out there on the pitch this tournament.

i still fancy the us, no way they are losing on home soil, to me it's all building blocks in preparation for 2014....

I agree. I'm pulling for the USA too, but they did lose to Panama in the group stage of this tournament, so I'm not sure of the outcome.

Brutal. Strong USA start, followed by 4 unanswered goals.

it's tough to lose, but it's a learning experience. and here's what i feel we have learned-
    - freddy adu is back and is a player for 2014
-we need team speed, especially on d. dos santos ran through us at will.
    - we need another adu, another guy who takes on defenders and creates.
    - our strikers need to hold the ball and wait for support. we tried too much to go 1v5 or 1v3.
-bradley needs to develop into the poor man's xavi. his descion-making and passing were terrible.

they lost both games, but they played well considering they have half the budget of the big teams. i hope to see some of them in the wpl, especialy the green braided one. she reminds me of drogba...
