17th Century

    I was wondering if anyone knew of any books on white women and black men relationships in the 17th century. I'm especially interested reading about that back in Jamestown Virgina area since they were a major part of Bacons rebellion. Do you know of any?

    There's probably some more out there. A portion of my European lineage I've been able to trace came to Jamestown (some to Essex Mass), none of the research I've done indicates they were swirling at that point though. lol
