    Welcome to Dickipedia!

This is an amusing link I've came across when I looked up Rick Perry and well, see if you can find anyone else who are of the Dickipedia family.

I am sure few of us from wwbm family belong in that page.

BTW, Rev. Jeremiah Wright is not a dick. He told the truth, if America cant stand it then fuck her!

Last I checked we have freedom of speech.

Just to be frank, we DO and the people behind the site are expressing their first amendment rights as well. They are not censoring anything. Besides, it's just like Encyclopedia Dramatica. Do you REALLY need to take sites like that seriously?

By the way, I do agree with Wright's comments dealing with how America is trying to cloud the past. He's a very nice guy. However, after the election, he actually made another crazy rant that didn't really receive a lot of attention.

Still, I like the guy. I was going to do ministry at one point in my life, but...you know the story from there. :p

Consider yourself repped. You're a true blue American and patriot.

You need to sit down and listen to real patriots here. If this is your only response, then you're losing ground quickly. Bad enough that you're trying to exhaust something you can't defend or retort, but it's much more amusing that you're willing to make quick jabs. Do you treat your daughter like that?

Dude, I have traveled and lived in other countries. Once I make enough money I will live in some warm island or southern France, lol. God willing!

Right now I am a politically charged American & last I checked my ancestors were massacred for this fertile land and I aint going anywhere. Trust me I voice my opinion like this at work & some social outings and lots of so called "patriotic" American hate it and cant stand it. Patriotic my ass, I am more patriotic than their judgmental ass. I have volunteered my time lots for an American cause, them gun toting bitches all they want to do is ban Abortion, free speech and don't want you to criticize America.

Reality check: There are elements of socialism in this country as it is. If you thought we're in a strict capitalist country, then you're just as uninformed as the rest of the morons in this country. Strict capitalism and strict socialism won't work. However, the hybrid model have been working for quite some time and believe it or not, you're participating in much of it.

    Dude,

    1. If you want to take a jab at someone then learn how to write proper

    2. Did I ever say I want a socialist country?

    3. You want to question my patriotism coz I criticize my country? :smt042 I suggest you turn off Sean Hannity and Limbaugh and pick up a book and learn the history of this country.

Certainly. I won't lie that Texas is a business friendly state. However, this still doesn't excuse the fact that the state government is ignoring the $26.8 Billion shortfall. So yes, the state is being kept economically healthy, but it's only for a short term period. Eventually, it'll bust and have to go the way of California with deep budget cuts. Short term solutions works well for a short time.

Woah there killer. I think the beauty of America is that we're allowed to have different opinions about the way things are going, AND we are allowed to criticize our government if we don't feel that things are working well. Not to mention, we can act on that criticism by voting. Critique is as valuable as praise, because when you critique something, it means you care enough about it to want to make it better- at least IMHO.

I personally wish more of the conservatives I meet (which isn't to say that ALL of them feel this way, or even you paniro- this is my observation) would be less ME, ME, ME, NOW, NOW, NOW and more 'Let's work on this together'...and that does apply too some of the Dems out there, too. It's a huge reason why shit isn't getting done here, and that's a point of contention that I have with most conservatives who were too busy yelling about Obama's birth certificate and being a Muslim for the last few years. It was an excuse not to deal with real issues, instead using fear mongering and slight of hand to cover up the fact that they really haven't got a decent hand in the poker game- they're only bluffing.

To deny this country has socialist aspects is to deny what America is. We're a Melting Pot and we always have been. We took the pieces from other countries that seemed to work and tossed them into our government soup and went from there. There's nothing wrong with that, unless you ask Glenn Beck, who is determined that anything not specifically sanctioned by his looney ass is the Devil. lol The way we have been doing things worked, so we let it go. Our biggest problem has been with change. Humans friggin' hate change. The very idea that the status quo may no longer be the status quo infuriates some people, when the nature of a society and its government has to be change and evolution.

I think that DOA, like myself, having had experience in other countries, realizes that there's value to a lot of different systems of government. We've seen it in action. We've talked to people. So, we are the ones generally saying 'What about if we TRIED this...' because you know, Europe has been around for awhile. That's not to say that they're perfect, because no one is, but the fact remains that those countries have had to reinvent some things once or twice over the 1000 years they've been around. There is certainly value in experience, and it all goes back to our melting pot. I think that if we don't throw in a few new ingredients, we run the risk of self-destructing because we can't realize that growing and changing are part of what makes a country and a community grow and better itself.

And that's my .02 cents before coffee.
