    no prob. I like to be given info so I can make my own judgements. It just seems like common sense. fair amount of taxes for everyone more revenue. in other words the rich need to pay their fair share

    I agree completely. The economic debt issue has many facets; personal and corporate taxes and of course spending are the most visible in today's media. Its always good to have an informed public as hopefully that will contain the uninformed congress :smt005:smt005

    LOL. people on both sides (especially the tea baggers) are just getting used for someone elses agenda...money and power. people just dont see sometimes

    Oh isn't that the frustrating truth!:smt099 I find it amusing and frustrating that a large part of the current debt was contributed by the previous administration, yet they refuse to take ownership of that fact. I'm not blaming any party or administration for the 2008 financial crisis and the methods used to try and abate the crisis: I think many entities share that responsibility. But please, own up to your responsibilities! Of course, what should we expect from a party that believes Paul Revere's ride was to warn against the British trying to confiscate personal arms, and a multi-millionaire trying to sympathize with those unemployed by quipping he's also out of work [due to the economy].
    Sorry, got a little spun-up...I need a glass of wine! :drinkers:
