Montel Williams Opens Marijuana Pharmacy

My sister suffers from multiple sclerosis and so I have long wondered if this medical treatment could help her at all. Montel Williams, multiple sclerosis is not as advanced as my sister's however so I am not sure.

Unfortunately she lives in Kentucky which is not a forward thinking state. Not one Kentucky legislator came forward in 2011 on behalf of patients who could benefit from medical marijuana.

Montel is a fantastic advocate for MS sufferers. I love his work.

Good for Montel. He's always been at the forefront on this issue, going back to his tv show days.

 

From what I understand, it does indeed help milder cases of MS patients. I can't know how severe your sister's case is, but it wouldn't hurt to look into it. As for where she lives, well, remember this is America. Many state and federal legislators who oppose this always come forward stating there's no such thing as "medicinal Marijuana" and the movement goes no further than that. Just check where Kentucky's official stance on this is and go from there.

 

I have checked, medicinal marijuana is not recognized in the state and legislators in KY are unlikely to change it.
