Powerlifters

    I usually don't even have time for 3 meals, so I lean on supplements (shakes, bars).

    I actually do this too - I think it works splendidly.. my trainer got me hooked on it. I don't use them in all my free weight work, but on some days, usually when I do my full body work out, about once per week but sometimes I stick them in my upper body work out as well.

    Its funny, because my trainer have gotten quite a few in the gym to use them and at first, there was a lot of poo-pooing on it by some of the bigger guys, and now, they use them too-:-D. The whole gym is full of resistance bands now.

    It gives your lifting that extra edge. I'll admit, sometimes I get a little :smt026With the bands, but I have people to rein me in lol. It's sexy when a woman takes her workouts serious, and the fact that your working so dynamically incorporating the bands, that's just hot. I swear bands come in waves, they're popular one n not the next, then they are again. You just tell those poo poo heads to follow you to the promised land.
